This past month I had the pleasure of capturing event photos of a “Guild Giving” event. It was hosted by the Twin Falls, Guild Mortgage office and held at Canyon Springs Golf Course, right in the heart of the Snake River Canyon.
What is Guild Giving?
Guild Mortgage created a nonprofit called the “Guild Giving Foundation” to manage its charitable efforts. One of the foundations most successful programs involves organizing golf tournaments across the U.S. to raise funds for local nonprofits.
This year marked the 9th annual Guild Giving Golf tournament hosted by the Twin Falls office. The Magic Valley 9/11 Memorial was selected to as the recipient of the 2025 fundraising proceeds.
The Golf Tournament
Turnout for this event grows from year to year. Honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. Who wouldn’t love to spend a day on this golf course? The fact that’s it’s being done in the name of charity makes it that much more appealing?
Canyon springs Golf Course offers some of the most beautiful views of the Snake River Basin in the Magic Valley. Waterfalls, the canyon walls and the Perrine Bridge can all be seen from the golf course grounds.
I spent the day capturing candid shots of players, teams, and event details—while enjoying the views myself! From the smiles on everyone’s faces to the sweeping vistas of the canyon, it was a day to remember.
