I’m way behind on posting this wedding! It’s not because it wasn’t gorgeously decorated or even a wedding not brimming with love. In fact, it was brimming over with love and the wedding day details were perfectly curated. I just dropped the ball and failed to get photos posted. I guess the saying is true; time fly’s by when you’re having fun. This is certainly true when it comes to describing me. I love being a photographer and I often get caught up in the fun of photographing a portrait session, wedding or event… but tend to forget to post highlights here, for all of you to see. ~ Brenda
The Venue
KayLynn and Chad exchanged their wedding vows last September. They chose Still Water Hollow as their venue. It went perfectly with the rustic theme they had chose for their decor. Although the venue is located just outside of Nampa’s city limits, it feels like you’re miles away from town.
The property is host to a number of rustic cabins, an old church, an old barn and a newly built event center. A large pond with Koi and ducks is also located on the grounds. This facility is perfect for both indoor and outdoor weddings.
The Wedding
KayLynn and Chad decorated the venue with gray, navy and corral touches. Burlap and lace details could also be found at every turn, including the decorations on the cake.
This couple was truly surrounded by a loving and supportive group of family and friends. The bridal party included a number of their siblings, nieces and nephews and to top it off… KayLynn’s brother was the officiant. How special is that?!
Thanks KayLynn and Chad for selecting Leap Photography as your official wedding photographer! I feel truly blessed to have been a part of your special day.
