Inspired by the downtown Boise landscape and culture.  Jasen and Tawny’s creative wedding held at CW Moore Park fit their unique personalities to a T.  Crisp bright colors, comfy converse sneakers, the urban setting of downtown Boise as the venue combined with a comfy reception getaway (Besides Bardenay) were the theme of this wedding day.

As I’m sure you’ll notice from the photos….this couple not only has a style that is all their own, but they’re laid back and fun.

For wedding photos, Jasen and Tawny had requested a mix of traditional and fun images to select from.  They did want a variety of classic poses…..or images which can be passed down for future generations.  On the other hand, they did not want their images to feel dated, as sometimes traditional portraits do.  So, they requested that a number of creative wedding photos to be taken as well.  Jasen and Tawny were drawn to my work because they noticed my wedding portfolios include a mixture of timeless, classically posed portraits in addition to some non-traditional shots.

Their wedding certainly was a blast!  In addition to traditional wedding events such as the first dance, toasts, and garter toss; guests enjoyed great food, craft beer, wine, spirits and the Funbox Photo Booth.  A fabulous time was had by all!
