Summer is almost here and I’m looking forward to providing event photography services once again. 2020 put all events on hold and I for one am ready to get out into the community and see smiling faces once again.
What Types of Events Do You Photograph?
Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to photograph a number of different events. I’ve helped non-profit organizations, large corporations, small businesses, and individuals with their event photography needs. No project has been too large or too small.
I’ve photographed birthday parties, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, baptisms, conventions, concerts, non-profit fundraising events, and movie premiers. Some events only require one photographer, and others really need two or more. In those situations, I reach out to my network of friends and hire help from fellow photographers.
No two events I’ve photographed have been alike. I’ve met amazing people at each and every photoshoot and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in each situation.
What’s Your Favorite Type Of Photography
I’m often asked what type of photography I enjoy most, and without a question, event photography is at the top of my list. I truly enjoy helping others document their event and meeting new people. This type of photography is not for everyone in the profession, but it’s a place that I feel at home.
Throughout this post, I’ve featured some of my favorite photos from over the years. Honestly, I’ve taken so many event photos that I really had a hard time narrowing down to just these images. I’ve tried to include a wide variety of events, including small and large. However, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, and would like to view examples of images more like your specific needs, just let me know. I can dig up some examples to show you.
So, if you’re planning an event for 2021 or 2022… don’t forget to hire a photographer! I’d love to be considered.
