I love it when I get to watch a family grow and this session was no exception. My story with this family starts in the year before Mom and Dad were married. I photographed their engagement session and wedding. A year later brought the arrival of their first child, Dakota and now I was fortunate enough to photograph the arrival of their second child…..Miss Skyler.
Skyler was born on June 8, 2012….. weighing in at 8 lbs 1 oz and she was 19 ¼ inches tall. Like her sister Dakota, Skyler is just SO cute!
On the day of our portrait session, Skyler was just 13 days old.

Big Sister Dakota is still getting used to having a new child in the house but she’s so gentle with her new little sister.
