Sky and I met up last fall to capture his senior portraits. We spent a couple of hours walking around downtown Boise just chatting about his future plans and stopping from time to time to take photos
After Sky’s graduation from Meridian High this spring, he’s looking to go to college to learn more about graphic design and web design. I wish you the best of luck on all of your future endeavors!
Today’s post is a brief “sneak peek” of a much longer post which I will debut within the next week.
Mrs. Idaho 2014 and Mrs. World 2014 are both from Idaho and I had the honor of photographing both ladies for the January cover of HERLIFE Magazine.
Stay posted for a full blog post….I promise, you’ll be glad you did.
This past Saturday I once again had the honor to be the official Heart Ball Photographer. I wanted to have an elegant backdrop to go along with the heart ball colors and 2014 theme. To pull it all together….I decided to call in help from my friends over at Delicate Designs
and the Wedding Flower Rental Shop.
I think it turned out great! Thanks Diane, Destiny and Jennifer! This would not have happened without you.
Are you graduating from high school this spring? Or maybe you’re a junior looking forward to having your senior photos taken this summer. Then, you’ll want to give Leap Photography a call to schedule your portrait session.
In January I was sent out on assignment to the Bronco Motors Infiniti Grand Opening and VIP Reception to capture a few candid photos of guests.
Last Saturday I was on hand to photograph the proposal dinner and engagement of Tamera and Craig. Tamera was under the impression they were celebrating their 10th anniversary as a couple. Little did Tamera know, Craig had been planning a special proposal for weeks with the help of the ladies over at Event Marche and Event Negociant.
While Craig and Tamera dined in an absolutely beautiful setting…..the crew that made this all happen was hiding in the back storage room, just waiting for the big moment. Once Craig finally popped the question…Tamera said YES and now they begin their new life together!
Congratulations Tamera and Craig!

This lovely lady and I met way back in late October for her HERLIFE
cover shoot that was featured in the December issue. Teri was very nervous about being photographed and having her face “splashed” across a magazine. After a little talking, Teri began to relax and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Teri was chosen as a cover girl because of her work with the Idaho Food Bank.
After spending a little time with her it’s obvious she has a generous heart and a need to give back in any way she can. She’s passionate about the food bank and it’s her goal to make sure children in particular do not go without at the dinner table.
Stay tuned in the coming days for a re-post of Teri’s story….right here on the Leap Photography blog.
