Brian & Lara / Boise Wedding Photographer

Brian and Lara’s wedding was a small intimate affair which took place on a very smoldering hot day. Although temperatures reached 105 degrees, nothing was keeping these two from saying their I do’s. The wedding may have been small in numbers but it was huge in heart. Family and friends gathered in their support of the joining of two hearts.

Congratulations, may your many years together be filled with joy.

Shelby / Boise Portrait Photographer

I recently took a road trip to Montana with one of the main purposes of the visit being to meet my niece for the first time. Our Little Miss Shelby is now 10 months old and cute in more ways than one. She is the only grand baby in our family and of course is spoiled rotten, but she absolutely loves all the attention.

Here’s our little one, dimples and all.

So excited about her first portrait session with Aunt Brenda.

Little bib overalls are so cute. Especially when you look like grandpa.

We decided to take a trip to the local park.
Shelby fell in love with Daisy’s.

Mandi & Brian / Boise Engagement Photographer

Let me just start by saying I just had a great time with this couple. They are easy going and comfortable in their own skin; because they are so relaxed it made it easy for me to go outside the boundries of traditional engagement portraits. We had a chance to explore some of the more “colorful” sides of downtown Boise. We had a lot of fun with this session and if this is an indication of the upcoming wedding then I’m looking forward to the ceremony and definitely the reception. 🙂

Lauryn & Joe / Boise Wedding Photographer

June 27th was a gorgeous day for a wedding! Not a cloud in the beautiful blue sky. To make it even better Lauryn and Joe chose Edwards Greenhouse as the location for their ceremony & reception. This Greenhouse is my absolute favorite place to be when I’m not working or enjoying my own backyard. Edward’s not only has a great selection of plants but they have so many beautiful little nooks and crannys for everyone to enjoy.
I decided to take advantage of the picturesque setting and I took Joe and Lauryn for a tour around the grounds. All the color just screams “summer in Boise”, and provided a near perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding and a really fun reception.

Two Rivers Salon did a great job on hair.

Leslie Charles with Incredible Edibles provided this scrumptious display.

I love the flower arrangements made by Carpenter’s Florists at Edwards Greenhouse.
So pretty and colorful.

An Evening at the Train Depot / Boise Portrait Photographer

I photograph families all the time, but typically everyone is dressed up for a wedding . It was a real pleasure to photograph a family in a laid back setting with zero time constraints.

Honestly how could anyone complain about spending a gorgeous summer evening at the Boise Train Depot. It’s a historic landmark and the best place in Boise to catch a view of the cityscape.

Thanks Johnson family for choosing Leap Photography.
