I spent this past weekend at home with family &amp; discovered a few yummy delights ripe for the picking.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>This bowl contains a mixture of brandyboy (similar to brandywine) &amp; amish paste tomatoes.<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leapphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Salsa_1001_IMG_52001.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; Dice tomatoes<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leapphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Salsa_1004_IMG_52231.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; Place diced tomatoes in colander to drain excess juice.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leapphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Salsa_1005_IMG_52171.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; Salt tomatoes while draining excess fluids.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">I prefer to use a spice blend I picked up from Molly&#8217;s Mills, a local Boise business.&nbsp; Her spices are sold at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capitalcitypublicmarket.com\/\" style=\"color: #274e13;\">Capital City Public Market<\/a> every Saturday or online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/goog_664452101\" style=\"color: #274e13;\">www.mollysmills.com<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mollysmills.com\/\" style=\"color: #274e13;\"><span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; While tomatoes are draining chop cilantro, onion and jalepeno<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leapphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Salsa_1007_IMG_52311.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; Incorporate the drained, diced tomatoes into the above mixture.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>(notice the large glass of tomatoe juice in the background.&nbsp; All that juice came from the diced tomatoes.)<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
